At Emaho Shop we endeavour to dispatch all orders within 7 days. If there is going to be a delay for any reason we will contact you as soon as we can.
All your purchases have been carefully and sensibly wrapped with special Emaho wrapping paper.
At Emaho Shop we accept Visa and Master Card. To help ensure that your shopping experience is safe, we at Emaho do not hold your credit card details on the website.
At Emaho Shop we hope that you will be delighted with everything that you buy from us. However, we understand that at times something might not be quite right and that is why we have a no-questions-asked returns policy. But please make sure that you return the goods within 14 days of dispatch and that the garment is in an un-worn or un-used condition and in the original wrapping and package. Also make sure that the extra buttons on the shirts are still attached. We will then be happy to offer you a refund, an exchange, if possible, or a credit note.

In your e-mail, please indicate if you would like to make an exchange or whether you would like us to refund your purchase or issue a credit note. Moreover, it is important that you inform us your invoice number. Upon receiving your e-mail, we will give you details as to the further procedure. Please note that you are responsible for the postage costs of returning the goods to us. However, we will send out any exchanges for free.
